This offer is strictly limited to tray tooth whitening and not Zoom2.

This offer is limited to new patients. New patients who schedule and do not keep their scheduled new patient visit are not entitled to this offer. The free tray tooth whitening does not include any other dental services either before or after the whitening.

Dr. Padolsky reserves the right to delay or refuse the whitening procedure in cases where a patient's teeth and gums could be harmed from the tray whitening procedure.
